Yes, there is some fine print but nothing too major. I live in Dallas and used it to stream a bit of the Braves game yesterday. There are local blackouts (in Texas, the Stros and Rangers get blacked out, in Georgia the Braves are blacked out, etc) but still plenty of good games to see if you want. It's normally a $150 value. Hopefully this works out for yous guise.
