Trevor Stellman

I found him after reading this bit about him on Football Scoop.
Obviously he doesn't have big school experience, but that's exactly the kind of innovative, run-first play calling that would really do well - especially in the lighter Big XII.

Thomas More College's Pistol Triple RPO System: While most RPO systems complexities are centered on pre- and post-snap reads triggered in seconds, the researchers at X&O Labs have found the ones being used at Thomas More College (KY) are built more like pure triple option schemes than pass/run options. Designed by a former flex bone QB, Thomas More College Offensive Coordinator Trevor Stellman designed a post-snap run first system with a legitimate read progression for the QB on the perimeter. The QB driven system not only elicits four post-snap options but also takes hits off him on the perimeter. It's propelled TMC into the top ten in rushing at the Division-III level, averaging over 270 yards on the ground the last two seasons. X&O Labs will release the full research report on TMC's Pistol Triple RPO System next Tuesday at 7 am EST. This report includes over 20 videos and illustrations.
