This is a fantastic interview, highly recommend a watch. One thing that jumped out to me most, Nansen was with Sark at USC and asked Sark to put him on offense so he could become a better defensive coach, he wanted to get insde sark's head to understand his mind. He ended up working on the offensive side for 5 years. His respect for Sark as an offensive coordinator, just as an overall coach is quite a testimonial.
