NCAA Football 25 Xbox or PS5

Wanted the opinion of the board -

Been an xbox guy since 2002. Had the original xbox, the 360, and xbox one. I don't own the current gen console since my xbox one hardly got used. NCAA football is making me consider getting a new console.
I'm open to a PS5, especially since costco has a solid sale going on for it.

So should i stay tried and true with xbox or go for PS5?

Also noticed Xbox just announced a refresh coming this holiday season.
