I have notification from UT that I have four tickets (12/21/24). The notice indicates that the tickets will be downloaded by December 29th. I have been charged for the tickets on my American Express account (12/22/24)
I see the ticket selections in My Account. The notice states to look for an email that shows me how to download. The only email I received was on 12/21/24. Multiple calls to the Ticket Office (512-471-3333) have been unanswered as there is a message that indicates the Office is closed for the Holiday.
Sorry for the log post, but is anyone else experiencing the same issues downloading the tickets? Suggestions?
