Need recs for a quintessential Austin restaurant

The girlfriend and I are going to be in Austin next Friday and she wants to eat at a quintessential Austin restaurant (she’s from Nam and an aggy so I like to introduce her to the better things). I haven’t lived there in 30 years so I’m turning to the board for suggestions. Doesn’t have to be fancy. Just Austin. I appreciate any help.
