My wife and I are leaving soon to Italy. We are both in our 80s so this might be our last long out of country trip. We are technology challenged. As part of the trip we are taking a long cruise along the entire coast of Italy. At some point I might need to log into my bank account on my iphone and pay a few bills. Will my accounts be exposed if I do this? I hear people talking about VPNs but do not understand what they are. What do I need to do to protect myself? Can I use the ship internet connection?
