Wondering if any of you have made any. Yeah, they suck because we only keep them about two weeks if lucky.
Anyhow I started mine on Dec. 1 and am still going strong. Was 245.2 lbs on 12/01 and weighed in this morning at 231.8, down 13.4 lbs.
The goal is to be at 185 by May 15. Only thing I’m doing is eating right - no sugar, no junk food, and a 1500 per day calorie limit.
Any other resolutions out there?
