Blatant holding on-calls. Stupid DPI calls. Inconsistent illegal contact calls. Inconsistent roughing the passer calls. Inconsistent and/or missed UNR calls.
This weekend’s games have exhibited some of the worst officiating I can recall. And this coming from a guy who calls HS games and is normally offers grace to and is pretty understanding of fellow officials.
It’s making me not want to watch the games. Just ****ing terrible. These guys are the best they have? The cream of the officiating crop?
I shouldn’t be surprised I guess. I see first hand how guys get promoted up the ranks.
