Great atmosphere Saturday night, great turnout by Longhorn nation. Really proud of the guys on the road, 11 straight road wins. Loves the mentality the guys have when on the road. Something that came out of last weekend, some really cool moments of complementary football and dealing with adversity.

Nine straight turnovers where they've scored 6 TDs or ended the game with the ball in their possession.

How they responded to adversity was critical. Kelvin Banks gets injured, in comes Trevor Goosby and nobody blinked. Pick-6, nobody blinked, nobody panicked. Punt blocked, defense comes out and gets a stop. Complementary football works both ways.

Defensively it was a heck of a game. Limited a very balanced offense. Number one red zone offense on A&M, Texas played great red zone offense.

Texas' ability to run the ball, convert third and fourth downs were important. Wisner and Broughton conference players of the week. Team effort, but can play better and will need to play better.

SEC Championship game is a heck of an opportunity. Georgia and Kirby Smart have been the standard in college football the last eight years. Told the team this morning, Georgia has the heart of a champion and you see it time and time again, including last week against Georgia Tech. Texas going to have to play better than they did the first time when they were out of character, out of sorts. Going to have to play a better brand of football offensively. Have to start better, have to execute better, ultimately finish better. Great challenge, very good football team, essentially a road game.
