Mueller has access to the vast information collected by the NSA and our European allies. We already know they gathered information from Putin himself; they have amazing vision into what the Russians were doing and of course any Americans who might have been communicating with the Russians.
This information can’t be used in a court against US persons. Mueller may well know details about collusion that he can’t use against Don jr, Stone, Manafort, Kushner ect...
However, The President will not be tried in a US Court. The President will have a political trial in Congress.
Seems to me the House can and will use all information available to them and communication intercepts from the NSA will be a factor in any impeachment proceedings in the House and probably the Senate trial.
