Not sure if this has been discussed here. This makes me feel much better about Charlie getting one more year. I wanted Charlie to get one more year, but if not, wanted Herman to be his replacement. This gives us one more year to evaluate Charlie and if things don't pan out, it gives us one more year to evaluate Herman and bring him in if he is still killing it at UH. Wonder what his buyout will be though.
