These questions did not seem to be well thought out...someone will make this political but to me, this is about competency. If you are going to ask a question like that on a public platform, be ready to be embarrased. I can't fathom someone thinking the financier of the project should be held responsible for leaks on a pipeline. DISCLAIMER: This is the first time i've heard her speak.
