Here we are y’all. We will be setting up starting around 2 PM and be serving Beef & Chicken Fajitas. We will have TV setup to watch the Horns Baseball game. We will be in our same spot next to Longhorn City Limits stage. We’re dialing down for this game with 1 tent. Current weather forecasts are 70% chances for rain. I’m convinced we will be in the 30% where there will be no rain. Forecasts say rain chances at game time will be 30%. It happened 3 times last year where it rained all around us but we stayed dry. There is talk of the possibility of postponing the game if weather is bad. That would be a bit more difficult this year as the Game Day festivities scheduled this year are unparalleled to anything we’ve ever seen at a Spring Game. We’re planning on being there.
We are having a free special event of our own this week as well to bring awareness and benefit the Orangebloods Covert Benevolence Foundation. Our very own @Shambeaux is up for Funniest Person In Austin this year. @Shambeaux along with 2 of his friends will be performing a standup comedy routine for our tailgate at 3:30. Each one has prepared a 10 minute bit and have assured me they would be family friendly. . Our very own @TEXPIMP will be Emcee. Here are links to a NSFW sampling of their routines.
