If true and I was him, I'd do it myself and not wait on Hillary's team.
For all the evil things Hillary has done and is potentially connected to, I doubt she has anything to do with this one.

Something learned quickly as a young officer is that everyone cares about THEIR rights, but most people have no issue YOUR rights being violated as long as it benefits them.
