Got a PS5 on Walmart.com and it is supposed to ship “by feb 27th”.
Starting the second week of March, I am going to take off about 2 months from work to be a stay-at-home dad, since mom’s maternity leave will be up, and she will have to return to her sweat shop in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Since I will be at home a lot, I will need a video game to play. I also understand that there will probably be some child care involved, so I will need something I can play in short bursts. Nothing with huge campaigns that I can’t pause/save and return later. And nothing that is obligate multiplayer where I have to coordinate shit with other people. This will most likely be impossible.
Basically I will need something I can do for an hour or so at a time, during baby naps. MLB the show seems like a good candidate, but baseball games tend to get boring pretty quickly. Sports games seem like a good candidate for my needs
FIFA? Madden?
How are the UFC games?
There’s some buzz around Hitman 3. I am not too familiar with the franchise, but I know it’s popular. Splinter Cell is my favorite game of all-time. Is it like that?
Other ideas?
