One of our biggest aspirations as a community is to look out for and care for our fellow Orangebloods in need.
A few years ago, we helped change the life of Orangebloods member "Sara" with our fundraising on the board and I came across another situation that feels like it could use our attention.
Meet Nadine. She's a mother of an 8-year-old daughter and has been in and out of the Orangebloods community/universe for a number of years.
Over the last couple of years, Nadine has been trying to get through an incredibly physical and mentally abusive relationship with her husband. The situation has reached a breaking point and she has come to the realization that she must get a new start for her and her daughter. She's in a position where she could use an OB guardian angel.
I've decided to try and help by raising money to completely change the lives of a family in real need. In addition to catching her up on outstanding bills, we're hoping to raise enough money to relocate her family into a new apartment.
