Yeah, that's been the consensus for a while. He's been back and forth during the process but recently swung back to Texas in a big way.

He hasn't committed yet, he may be a "silent" commit at this time. The general consensus among "experts", both those who follow Texas and aggy, is that Ossai is Texas bound.
