Sorry for the mundane but I need my roof replaced and need advice. Do I have my contractor here when my insurance adjuster comes this week? The contractor is adamant about it and saying he can make sure everything is covered. Adjuster told me it fine and normal to have the contractor there. What do y’all think.
Seems to me If contractor is here he knows my budget and that becomes his quote. I’d like to keep some on the backend. Anyone done this lately?
