Anyone here on a testosterone protocol? I’m 49 and investing more in my physical and mental health.
I had some bloodwork done and all came back pretty solid except I have very low levels of testosterone, which is apparently very common.
It was suggested I get on a prescribed protocol which involve injections twice a month.
I did some reading online and saw mixed reviews on starting a regimen. Some research suggested a more intense weight lifting program.
Any thoughts? Thankfully , things in the bedroom are great. I mean, I’m not 18 anymore but I’m looking for more energy , drive, and focus during the day.
