Good morning board - I attended a session yesterday with a gentleman who talked about how different our kids are being raised today. They are getting great parenting in many cases, but they lack the EXPERIENCES we had. The mingling with kids from across town. The unstructured, unsupervised play and experiences that we had.
My kids are still young. 6, 8, and 10. They do sports and service at church, camps in the summer, but everything is structured and supervised.
Any advice for us parents? Amazing experiences your kids have had or tools you used to help teach them the skills they’re maybe not picking up in school or through structured extracurriculars?
