I’ve had several injuries to my left ankle over the years, the most recent a little while back left me in a boot for a month. MRI results came back showed that I have very little left of the ligaments left in the ankle. I have been debating it for a while and I’ve always been very active and not being active has been killing me.
I turned it again a few days ago just stepping off a curb and my ortho is strongly suggesting I get this procedure done in a couple weeks.
Anyone been through this? As described to me by the dr, the recovery will not be easy.
