I snore enough that either me or my Vietcong mistress end up moving to the guest room most nights. I’ve taken sleep tests a couple times over the past 3 years and don’t have diagnosable sleep apnea, but I have really bad and constant nasal allergies that clog up my nose and force me to mouth breath when I sleep. I have worn an oral appliance for the past year but continue to snore and wake up with terrible dry mouth. I’m considering telling my Dr to just put me on a CPAP to hopefully end the snoring and constant moving bedrooms. Anyone else done this and had it work?

Full context, I had sinus surgery 8ish years ago and took allergy drops for 3 years. Alllergies came back and sinus are back to clogged most of the time even after daily allergy meds and twice daily nasal rinses. My ENT wants to go in and drill out bone in my sinuses and I just don’t want to do surgery, would rather see if cpap works.
