We live in central east Austin a little north of Mueller. My dad is thinking of moving here from out of state to be closer to us and the grandkids.
He's 71, healthy. Wants a neighborhood of single family homes, very safe, quick access to a nice HEB and other common shopping needs. Budget is $300K-$450K. Wants a 2 or 3 bedroom.
He was thinking Sun City, Georgetown, but that's about 40 minutes w/o traffic.
Other suggestions? What about Round Rock? Can you recommend some specific neighborhoods/areas?
