OT: Bar Harbor/Arcadia NP recs

[TLG1]

Family friend has a wedding in Portland Maine late October. After the wedding my wife and I are going to Quebec City, Halifax, St Andrews, then Bar Harbor Maine. I have accomodations for everything except Bar Harbor. Any recs on where to stay or what to do in BH or Arcadia National Park?

Any dining or excursion recs for Quebec City or Halifax/Nova Scotia would be appreciated as well.
