Then vacuume seal with favorite marinade concoction a couple hrs before adding the heat. Is that what you're doing with the water? Essentially replacing the blood?Clean birds off. Soak them in water for a couple of hours. Fill zip lock bags with kraft Italian dressing, minced garlic, worstershire sauce, just two cap fills, soy sauce two cap fills, one cap full of teryaki sauce, season salt, lowry's steak seasoning and just a tiny bit of fresh black pepper.
Put the birds in the zip lock bag, leave them in the fridge for 24 hours.
Grill them like a steak.
