There is no question at this point the death rate from COVID is 0.5% or less, possibly half of that. There is also no question that many healthcare systems are getting very close to their breaking points everywhere at once. This time the Guard will be incapable of being the back up, too much going on in too many places. There is so much COVID-19 right now, even if everyone adheres to what I recommend it will be extremely tough for the next couple of months. The last thing we need is a Thanksgiving push to get us into a situation where it is much worse.
