OT: Cabo solo for a day

Heading to Cabo on Sunday with wife from nam a couple days early for a work offsite trip for her company.

They start on Tuesday so I’ll have a day solo. We’ll just be hanging out at the Hard Rock resort on Monday. My favorite thing to do is explore. What should I do on Tuesday? I’m 46 and speak no Spanish if it matters.
