My St. Augustine yard is shit, (imagine @Anwar Richardson yard from a few years back) and I want to change that.
I hate St. Augustine, it’s too hard. I want something soft on the feet like zoysia but my neighbor said it spreads and he doesn’t want it invading his yard.
What are some good alternatives? I’ve got mostly sun but plenty of shady spots that don’t get much light.
I’d eventually like to put in a sprinkler system but with a 1/4 acre back yard, that money is going elsewhere on the home reno list first.
