The City announced yesterday that they could not afford to fix water system problems and that they could not afford to pay for City Employees Health benefits anymore, lots of people moving out down here, houses all around for sale, its a Buyers Market..cannot afford new EMS wagons or Fire trucks plus Police Cars...but you still have to pay 50 a month for water ya can't drink, that's what 5 men fixing a water leak and 1 in the hole and 4 watching him leaning on shovels will do for ya, or 4 watching a machine work drinking and smoking and shooting the shit will get ya...
