OT: Election Day Thread

Looks like everything hinges on Pennsylvania. Their polls close at 8est so.... fingers crossed.

I'll be mostly watching via Steven Crowders election show on Rumble. If things officially go the way I pray it does...I'll turn on CNN and msnbc for the first time in about 10yrs to witness the live meltdowns.

Exactly what shenanigans, it was hard to read the article.
From what I’ve seen everything seems to be running smoothly, with minor issues that were resolved quickly. There are so many checks and balances, protocols and the like to prevent fraud, especially after the last election I just don’t see it happening.
As I’ve said before, I lean right, but I like to think I’m also reasonable about conspiracy theories and the like. So much trash out there.

Shouldn’t be boxes full of mail in ballots showing up this time around. Covid was a gift.

Get out there and vote. In California the main issue is to vote no proposition 33.
Good for you. You have a clear understanding of econ.. Rent controls will only shut people out of housing by making rentals too expensive. How? There is always an under-the-table bribe to pay to obtain a property.

Subsidies, tariffs, etc. might work a little in the short term, but in the long run, the market for whatever just reaches a new supply/demand equilibrium that factors in the government price control.

Not saying they should never ever be used, and markets needs some government regulation, but subsidies and tariffs are not viable long term economic strategies. Keep the free market as free as possible.

So many irregularities already.
1) Magically, swing states have pre programmed us for the steal. They won’t complete the counts for several days: AZ, NV, GA, MI, NC, PA, WI.
2) some machines “broken
3) long lines with not enough machines
4) many ballots being held in “locked” box to run through the machine later by poll workers
5) we all know the non-citizens getting to vote
There is more, but this is just sad

Agreed. We wouldn't need tariffs if countries like China didn't peg their currency to the dollar. They keep the Yuan artificially low to gain an advantage in the sale of goods.

Well for starters, the link is not of an article but a live official count AND where anybody can live submit possible shenanigans or occurrences. I do see that it has been slammed with traffic and having some stability issues now though so, it very well might have just linked to an article.

"Conspiracy theories" aren't false just because others say so. How many countless so called conspiracy theories have been proven absolutely true about 2020 election, covid bs, Biden family, social media throttling non-liberal opinions, Wuhan lab, fauci funding, fbi & cia collusion, ect...the list is long my friend.

I have VERY little trust in anything involving federal government and they have earned every bit of that mistrust.

The election main event is very important but local & state are even more so. If fed goes completely off the deep end, it's up to states to fight it back into sanity.

I find it odd that almost every possible swing state is like "duuuuude..... we may not have this done by tonight...... ya....we've had 4 years to fix this but..... there were so many other things we needed to get done first."

Meanwhile, in France- by 9pm the French know who won.

This coming from a guy that served in a black world unit designed to kill or capture mother fvckers and make them vanish.
Top secret SCI clearance. If he's telling you "Yo, our government is shady as fvck" then listen to him.
