I want to make a chili on the big Green egg in my dutch oven. I have never done this and my arkansas wife thinks chili has beans. She is from nam and that is fayettenam. Anyone have a great recipe? My Texan way and family will disown me for typing this but for my wife sake bean chili recipes are acceptable. Don't judge me no bean guys I'm on your side.
