I got some paperwork from a lawyer about owing back dues and potential foreclosure.
Out of the 5 years that I’ve lived here I’ve paid 3 of the 5 dues so yes I know I need to suck it up and pay them.
I was just looking for advice if I should get a lawyer of my own and try to get some of the fees down or if I should call the lawyer of the HOA directly to try to work out a smaller settlement.
