Have you watched this show? I did NOT stay up to date with this investigation and trial when it happened, so I really had no idea other than my wife telling me how terrible of a person this guy was.
Then I listened to the Crime Junkie podcast covering this and they took the stance that its equally likely he did NOT do it.
After listening to the podcast AND watching the show, I'm of the opinion he did it, simply because of his statements to Amber Frey and his actions with her. He clearly was not happily married, and didn't want to have a baby with Laci, and pretty much told Amber that.
Of note, he is still fighting his guilty verdict.
