OT: Let’s Talk Sous Vide

Since it’s the off season and the market is crashing let’s talk cooking.

Had a steak cooked in a sous vide a couple of weeks. It was phenomenal.

I’ve had one my wife bought me over a year ago. Finally took it out of the box.

The recipes online seem pretty easy. Can you cook vegetables at the same time as your protein. Seems like different temps.

Any tips or recipes you want to share?
