OT:Lipoprotein(a) high score

Recently had a Lipoprotein (a) test and my score was 138. That’s high and above normal but not real high. As I understand your score is more or less determined by genetics. Your score at age five is basically your score for life. One thing that means is it can’t be altered by diet and/or exercise. It produces plaque like substances which block your coronary arteries like high cholesterol can do.

I’ve had two heart attacks and now have four stents. I’m in good shape, exercise and follow a healthy diet.

Currently there is no medication so I’m asking is there anything else I can do to lower that score.
