Chuck Schumer says watch out. It may be more difficult than he expects.
1. He needs to have a Biden win.
2. He needs to flip a net of 3 seats.
3. He would need to keep moderate Senators like the ones from AZ and WV on board and not fearful conservative and moderate populations vote them out.
4. He would need to convince the newly flipped Senate seats to tell the moderates that put them in office to go to hell.
5. He would need 4 new justices and the American public support when the vast majority opposes it or he loses the senate in two years.
