I've often said, I can "feel " when something ain't right when it comes to my kids. Sometimes it's suttle, others it's overwhelming.
Saturday I was at the pool working out here in Virginia and I started sobbing almost uncontrollably. It's my son. I got out came home and called him. He said he was fine (needs a kidney transplant so I'm losing weight to see if I can give him one of mine) Turns out he wasn't and had to go to the hospital that afternoon because his BP was very elevated. I could feel it.

Hardest part about being away from the kids and grandkids is not being in control or able to help. I'm trusting God and my faith to navigate this because being depressed or feeling helpless is toxic...I have my own issues. Lost my mama on my son's birthday too so that day will never be the same....

Do you ever feel like something is off when your kids are in trouble or needing your support? Strange how

that works... Anyways, enough about my issues. Enjoy your wonderful families this holiday season. Peace to all. And say a prayer for us ...if you find some time ❤️😉
