I keep hearing this same tired argument that if the police force is made up of 99% good cops and 1% bad cops but the good cops don't do anything to stop the bad cops then they are all bad cops. If we use that logic and say that 99% of protesters are peaceful and only 1% are looters but the peaceful protesters don't stop the looting does that mean they are all looters?
