Okay, most here know my health struggles. Bypass and diabetes with neuropathy. I’m down to 209 from 250 already. Wanting to get to 190.
I am doing the Peloton rental for me and my wife Phok Me. My doctor has cleared the exercise but obviously said to stop with any pain.
How should I start? Any recommendations for instructors that you’ve used? I need to start very slow.
