The last time I had a college QB completely shock me with his skill (in-person) was Burrow against us in 2019. I had the same feeling tonight. Penix should go top three in the Draft, and it is insane he didn't win the Heisman.
On another note, I hope Ewers sees what elite QB play looks like from a competitor and takes it as a challenge in the offseason. He showed a lot of grit tonight but also left a lot to be desired.
