Sark is a better roster builder of elite rated talent than Mack Brown.
Sark is not too lazy to recruit out of state (7 of 17 from OOS).
Edit- Expected new addition UNC transfer Shaw had a 5-star rating as a HS recruit so possibly 18 players. Back down to 17, since 5* Niblack is in the portal. He had a 5-star rating with on3.
