I just caught up with Cedar Hill Trinity Christian DB Lewis Cine to chat about his UT official visit from last weekend. Cine, who has previously visited Penn State and will visit Michigan this coming weekend, said the Texas visit went very well.
I'll have full report with quotes in the next day or so, but I did pick up one very interesting note in talking to Cine. First, a little background ...
Cine was born in Haiti and moved to Florida at a young age. He then moved to Massachusetts before high school and lived with his dad. In March, he moved to Cedar Hill to live with his uncle and attend Trinity Christian.
Cine told me today that his father will be moving to Texas in the next week or so. I asked if knowing his father will be living in Texas could help the Longhorns' chances long-term, and Cine said it "must be so."
A four-star prospect, Cine is the nation's No. 91-ranked prospect overall.
