Started in 2023 and had a revenue of $100. Biden and his EPA thought that is enough to grant them 2B dollars. I'm sure Stacy Abrams would have been a great steward of that money.
2B was only part of the pie the EPA sat out in an outside financial company. 20B total. Once again where the money was going had next to zero oversight. Let me tell you, this was great spending to stop inflation.... I mean it was given to the EPA as part of the inflation reduction act.
