Since Tom Perez has been tabbed to lead the DNC, I'm curious as to everyone's thoughts on him, particularly Democrats. I know next to nothing about him except that he was in Obama's Cabinet.
Is the sense that this is a good pick? Bad pick? Wait and see? Is he idealistic or practical? What else is there about him that would be important to know? Where do you see him taking the party, and how do you see him attempting to rebuild it?
Serious responses would be appreciated.
