Checked with someone today and was told that Tongue was told by the Georgia coaches that his offer is a committable offer. That's a big development because there was some thought that UGA was on the fence there, which would have probably pushed him to Texas.
We'll see where this one goes in the next few days. Tongue was considering a Texas visit early next week before the dead period begins but I have reason to believe he may shut things down in favor of Georgia.
