Rackspace - follow up

At the risk of having this lost in the Rackspace thread that exists....

After days of trying unsuccessfully reach a human being at Rackspace I'm done! I've seen people talk about self hosting on Microsoft but I am the definition of email/computer illiterate. Is there anyone on the board in the Austin area that would be willing to sit down with me and help me switch everything over? I can't afford to screw it up and I can't afford to deal with no email. Please send me a DM if you want to help. Obviously I would compensate you for your time.
