This is just downright scary and a lie. The White House itself speaks on background on a regular basis. "A White House official said..." often times is "Sean Spicer said..."
I don't know what a MS 13 gang is and I don't know about that 75% number, but all of these things sound good.
I'm going to have to read this article. I don't think the Washington Times is reputable, mostly conservative narrative pushing. I could be wrong. Also, that period before the @WashTimes is something you do on twitter, but I don't know why, I know it is something special you do on twitter. I don't think Trump has ever done this before and in my opinion it is unlikely he wrote this tweet.
