I probably saw at least a dozen of his movies and I can't think of one where he wasn't good. Not one.

French connection
Hoosiers
Mississippi burning was my favorite.

A tribute to a great actor

Gene Hackman was 95
RIP

What do yall think happened? My 1st guess is that he died naturally and the wife didn't want to go it alone. She OD'd on the pills while the dog did dog things by eating some pills too.
Pretty strange situation.

I don’t know man. If they were a couple of years apart and had been together for 50 years, I can see either one saying “
F$&k it. I don’t want to live without significant other. I’m out.”
She was 30 years younger than him. She had to already be prepared for being left after he was gone.
Strange case.

His best movie by far.

Standing there with this bewildered look on his face uttering "I don't understand....." over and over again.
When he went in drag I could not stop laughing thinking about if it was hard for him to do that scene.

When he was trying to sing and dance....and says NO ONE WILL DANCE WITH ME, ITS THIS WHITE DRESS.... I TOLD THEM IT WOULD MAKE ME LOOK FAT!! 😅

His sense of humor and one liners were really underrated.
