RIP Cpl Christopher D. Leon

I remember a few fallen Marines every year as a small tribute to their sacrifice. On this day (20 June 2006) 18 years ago, Cpl Leon was shot and killed by a sniper while conducting combat operations in Al Anbar province in Iraq. He was a superb Marine, brave and well like and respected by all who knew him. He is missed and not forgotten.
